Absolutely loved my experience with this place! Used their storage for about a year! When setting it up the manager was super nice and helpful with everything and getting it cancelled was also super easy! I believe I spoke to Jackie twice and she was super friendly and a major help with closing our unit as we recently moved and didn’t need the space anymore! Definitely going back if we ever need storage again!

Worst employees ever! Came into facility on November 21st and cleared out my unit. Went to desk and was told that's all I needed to do. My unit was closed out. Got billed for December and was charged on my card. (auto pay----big mistake) and now I received January bill. What!!! I've emailed several times and have tried to call many times. No one answers! I'm not into giving bad reviews, but i'm DONE being nice.

Jackie did such an amazing job getting the logistics of my storage unit straightened out. The whole team here is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are immaculate, always clean, very convenient to get in and out of at all times of the day and night. I highly recommend the storage facility if you are worried about security (especially for women) pests and rodents, or if you need a specific climate to keep your things.
