PVS is under new management and is actively working on upgrading the property. It is a great location being centrally located in Bella Vista. Security is in place and the Bella Vista Police patrol that whole area frequently due to the waterfall and the lake dam being on the same road. The owner Joe is a great guy and the staff are very pleasant too. Plus you can't beat the prices for the units.

They have lowest rates in the area. A great location near Bella Vista town center and a very close walk to Lake Ann and scenic Pinion Creek water fall. I keep my mountain bike locked up here as it is located on one of the many bike trails. Just hop on my Bike and go. Location is second to none and new management is making ongoing upgrades.

I have never had any bad experiences at Pinion Valley. Joe the owner has always been very nice to me and his prices are extremely fair. They have really been doing a lot of work around there and the place looks great.

I appreciate the affordable price, but I think something should be done to make it more secure. Someone could crawl under the gate and the fence has been cut in at least one place that I noticed. A automatic gate where you have to enter a pin would be nice so customers don't have to get out of their vehicle and mess with the combination lock and chain. I don't think it's cheap enough considering these things.
