Our first time in Newk’s while traveling from TX to NC did not disappoint (much). The restaurant has outside seating; but it was warm and muggy; so we opted for dining inside. I love places that are transparent with how they make their food!! It adds to the experience. It was clean, properly lit, friendly staff, and efficient. Our food came rapidly; making this a great spot if you’re on a schedule.

My only complaint is noted in my picture. I think for the price, they could add a bit more chicken salad. That’s all. It was good; and my wrap was a whole lot of tortilla. I absolutely loved the Splenda Sweet Tea. Thank you for offering that!

Just another place that has added asking for a tip the normal standard when you are standing at the front counter. I have never eaten at Newk's before, as I have been told by others the food is disappointing and now I see why. Absolutely the worst loaded baked potato soup I have ever seen, and definitely for the price paid. My companion had Mac and cheese with burned looking edges, dry, and the sandwich had very little meat. They must be making a killing on their profit margin.

The Benton Newks was Great! And they were super sweet! We had been on the road for hours and it was pouring rain and they were so patient and helpful. A lot more to a place than the food, but the food was also spot on. We'll be back for sure ?

I attended the soft opening on 10/11/19 at around 630 pm. My order was promptly taken and I got us a table. I ordered the Shrimp Po-boy sandwich with a tippah county caviar. My wife got Chicken Tortilla soup with a side salad. My daughter go a half sandwich (Newks Q) and a Caesar salad. Everything was brought out quickly. My only complaint is no spoon was given with the soup. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. I know this location will do very well ?.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been a reliable customer for months if not years but no longer. On 10/23 one of their cashier's took my order. My phone was dead so she offered to take my number because I wanted to earn points. I never got those points. I went in to fix the error yesterday and Angela tried to help but it didn't work. So I had to come back today to get my rightful points and the manager on duty Kay told me there was nothing she could do aka "tough break bro."

I know If they can't help directly they can always help indirectly but ahe refused. The best she could offer was "hey try calling corporate" and didn't even bother trying to find a number for me, she just said "try looking it up." Yeah that's great customer service. Tiffany and Angela and Brian are good people but I did not like how dismissive Kay was to my needs and I especially didn't like how the unknown cashier messed up my order causing me all this grief. Kay tried to blame it on the system because it's easy to scapegoat vs holding her incompetent cashier accountable.

Don't ever frequent this place or at least go somewhere else. You are just a wallet to them and everything will be fine until they mess you over big-time. They they will show you just how little your concerns are to them

Awesome! The way food should be done. And if you want a boring cheese steak go down the street. Want a different new delicious one? Then Newk's is the place. Servers were sweet and greeting. Food was better than expected and packaged extremely well. The owner very nice also.

While dining, an older woman came in and was struggling to put her jacket on. An employee was kind enough to come around the desk to assist her. She then proceeded to very patiently explain ingredients in several meal options until the older woman was ready to make her selection. It was very kind of the young woman and exactly how I'd want my mother or grandmother treated.

Very busy place. I’m sure everyone else enjoyed their lunch there as I watched everyone get their orders much faster than me. Folks who came in much later than me were receiving their orders before mine. I had a simple order of a Shrimp and Avocado salad (Avocado was slimy and shrimp were not fresh) The lobster bisque soup was good. In the end, after waiting over 25 minutes for my food to be delivered, I took my table number up to the kitchen only to find out it had been ready the whole time just as a carry out order. Very disappointing. I will probably not go back. I was hoping for a quick, easy, and healthy lunch. I had to eat just a few bites and leave rushed because I was out of time. Very upsetting.
