I have used Kats Delivery to take special gifts to my aunt who has been alone since the beginning of the pandemic. They have been so nice and my aunt was delighted with the delivery guy who called her by name and wished her a happy birthday. I signed up for their monthly delivery service (only $5.99 for unlimited deliveries!!). Highly recommend.

They are always prompt and the food is always hot. If they do run late, they are good about communicating with the customer and letting you know what's happening. The one time my order was missing something, they corrected the issue and made sure that I got a credit for the next order.

I absolutely LOVE Kats delivery! They are always quick and keep in communication with me. I am so thankful they are a part of our Calera community! I order meals for my family from across town. Even when I work late they can still have a great dinner. I have also ordered dinner for my friends that have had surgery or a death in the family and they worked with me to get those delivered too and made me look like a rock star! Thank you Kats for being a working moms best friend! I highly recommend!

I live in Clanton, AL and this is the only food delivery service available close to home. Luckily, it is also the best delivery service I have ever used. The girl who delivered the food was so polite and she made sure my order was exactly like it was supposed to be, my food arrived earlier than expected, and it was still nice and hot. I will be ordering from them again, and I definitely recommend using them for your next food delivery in your area.

We have had great experiences every time we have used this service, & I especially love the no contact option as I'm immunocompromised. There have never been any issues even with directions, which given where we live is pretty amazing.
