Very, very unprofessional company and management. When contacted by Nick to come pick up, I said to come on. He informed me it would be approximately 1:30pm. I confirmed with him to call my phone because we have a dog. The driver showed up 1 1/2 hours earlier without calling! I was not home and when I was called by my disabled father, I asked him to wait 10 minutes until I got back. The driver went ahead and loaded up the equipment and refused to let me verify the equipment before leaving. I called Nick at the office and he was very rude and disrespectful informing me that I didn't ask for a call before coming and downright arguing with me. The real issue was the liability issue with our dog on the front porch. Nick and I actually talked about the dog when they delivered approximately 2 weeks ago! Very, very unprofessional! I do not recommend using this company!
