If I could give -10 stars I would. I booked a tanker load with Jarrod on 4/4 at 1744 picking up 4/5 1300. Driver had a deadhead of over 170 miles for pick up. On 4/5 at 1124 Jarrod emailed saying our driver has contacted him and canceled the load because he couldn’t make pick up till the next day. When asked to provide driver info he gave a completely different info that had no match to no one working for our company or the info provided for him for driver on this load. He kept saying “time is money” and that he “had to recover the load” but driver was already 7 miles from shipper where he had stayed the night before. My truck moved 170 miles with no compensation for something that was an obvious lie. Misleading and false practices. DO NOR RECOMMEND.

cheap loads, dispatcher didn’t write exact driving directions upon being asked to do so, upon delivery dispatcher ignored emails about possibly adding something to the rate after all the trouble my driver went through. Will never work with them again and will recommend against working with this company to any friends and family in the trucking business

Have worked with Mike over there for a few years now. He's a standup guy and he always does right by his carriers and customers. They conduct business very professionally which is rare in transportation. Would recommend their services to anyone as they have experience in just about any wagon you can pull. Thank you Southland Transport for keeping our wheels turning from us all at Moorhead Truckin' LLC.
