Brought my truck into their shop. Once upon a time the mechanics were top notch. Now it’s just pathetic. After a week I called for an update…..they hadn’t even ordered the parts because they didn’t know if I would want to spend the estimated amount. Did they bother calling to ask? Nope. Parts get ordered. No update at all. Call again, find out two parts were not shipped. By week three and four I was calling every other day because if I didn’t I wouldn’t know what was going on. A job that should have taken a week took a month and even then it was not done correctly.

3 weeks in and they have been great to drive for. Great driver amenities. Great trucks. Good consistent pay and super friendly atmosphere.

I'm sorry, Carl. This has to be posted. Freightliner overpriced Bowerman for 2 days just to come back with a fuse missing bs.

My theory, mechanic, could not find out why the electrical system stopped working, so let's blame it on the driver. And Bowerman shop believed it.

They don't give you any help. The dispatch team would not help Answer any questions I had. They didn't go over their in-truck navigation, eld program but just 5 minutes in the truck while it was sitting still. I got in the road and couldn't read the map system. I had no idea how many hours were left in my clock. On i49 I was routed into a cow field. Safety refused to help. Safety director sent me packing saying that they were not a training facility, after 5 days saying i could not read a gps. Safety doesn't care about the driver. Dispatch didn't care about the driver. DON'T WORK FOR THEM.

I just want to give a shout out Bowerman Trucking, their drivers are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They have been using our Kingpin Parking facilities in KC for quite a while and are top notch. If we ever have any issues Brandy (Operations Manager) is always there to get the issue resolved in a quick and timely fashion. In this day and age that is a very rare, but very welcomed quality!!

Just want to say nothing but great things about fellow trucker in unit 24306. I had a tight delivery in Atlanta (been here before but have a longer wheelbase now) but there were more trucks than normal. Driver of 24306 offered to spot me on my blindside so I wouldn’t get close to either truck. It’s nice to see that the brotherhood of trucking is still alive. Thank you driver, for your kindness.

Bought a truck from this fleet, absolute nightmare. They sold me a truck with a history of ACCIDENT without disclosing it to us. They claim their trucks are DOT compliant, but I doubt DOT would approve this one. Absolutely zero stars, avoid their used trucks at all costs.

I don’t have a truck number but on Nov. 7 in dallas on 161 then on to 635 this driver was dangerous. He would not let me merge in front of him onto highway then drive next to me on highway coming over into my lane to intimidate me. Very unprofessional. I called the company and their safely depart did not answer and mail box was full so couldn’t leave a message I felt the driver was trying to run me off the rode in his big semi.
