The service here is abhorrent. The staff are rude and even disrespectful at times. There are only a couple fast food places in town, and I would rather eat anywhere BUT here. Literally would rather eat at home than go here. My food is cold most of the time, and God forbid you take it back in, or they will have such an attitude about it, I would be scared to even eat what they gave me back. Cannot count the times I have gotten home and been missing half or more of my order, that I had paid for. This place is terrible. Oh, and they may as well take ice cream OFF THE MENU! The machine is ALWAYS "down".

This place is laughable. No customer service, waited 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes and then had to go ask for them and were given the wrong sizes

Sunday morning breakfast before we got on the road back to Georgia and they did a great job getting our coffee and egg McMuffin to us. Friendly staff and service in this little small town.

Drove up at 06:10 thinking I would get my usual. I tried to go into eat. However, the door was locked! I checked the operating hours on the door and it stated 0600. I jiggled the door and waited. No answer from the employee’s I noticed in side?. I did it again with the same results ?.
Most people would have given up. I waited. Still the employees wouldn’t come unlock the door.
If this is how McDonalds is concerned about the customers, I will no longer provide you my money!
You would think with a little over a three star rating, someone would make some serious changes!

I have never went to a McDonald’s that was this great. The customer service was the best I have ever had. The cashier was the best I have ever had at any McDonald’s I went to. She brought our food to the table and asked if we needed anything else. It was clean and the food was on point. 10/10

Felt extremely rushed to order, the service person was extremely rude and my food was extremely newborn. I could just been taken out of one of their 1 hour containers and slept on a bun instead of being made fresh. I could been there for a while like it was old. Mate, I am very dissatisfied sorry. This wasn't bad, but it could have been a whole lot better.
