We had a very disappointing experience with this broker. Despite our driver accepting their tracking before the cargo pickup and maintaining it throughout the process, they charged us $200. Furthermore, we were delayed for a day at the first shipper's location, due to the shipper's failure to load the cargo on time. Instead of compensating us for the layover, they charged us $500, blaming us for being late at the receiver’s location, which was completely the shipper's fault. I strongly advise other carriers to be cautious when dealing with this company to avoid similar issues.

This broker will charge you for not tracking even though they called 3 times a day for tracking and the driver accepted and was tracking. Then they charged us for not taking photos of the reefer 3x a day and sending to them. I would advise not using them as a broker, they seem to have a hard time operating above board. MC#2233505

Wasted 2 whole days due to not be truthful. Was told i could drop off on a Tuesday after a monday pick up and was not unloaded until Wednesday night. Not to mention all the calls although tracking is on
