Dawna and Don run this place and 4 others in town. No doubt a 10x20 will be a hard find at any of their facilities. I called every week for months and if I was a bother, Dawna swore I wasn't. She kept her word and called me as soon as a unit was available. They have both been great. I've had a couple things go awry... once it was that my light wouldn't go on. I was afraid they'd put it on the back burner. But, again, I wasn't made to feel like a pest. And true to her word, Don was out at the unit the next day. And whatever the matter was, it was resolved by the next day. Everything is run so efficiently. Dawna handled the entire rental process online and made it so simple. She had explained every detail down to the lock and had answered all my questions without me having to even ask. Easy to pay online too. Kudos for the best customer service! The place is well kept and they have the best prices you'll find in town.

Place is very well kept. Managers are nice as well as accommodating. We needed a large storage unit and there were none available so they took out the wall so two small units made one large one.
