A couple months ago chase issued me a new debit card due to some fraud issue. This was the card that au7 to pay the storage every month. Ive been a customer 3+years. I didnt realise storage wasnt being paid til last friday when my code didnt work. I immediatly called and tried to pay in full right then but the lady said she had to clear it with management and she would call back. No call back. I called monday morning talked to same lady and was told again she had to check 1st and will call back. Then i get a call from mr ward informing me my unit was already auctioned off. They auctioned off a unit with 50t
housand dollars or more of toois and equipment to satisfy a couple hundred dollar debt. Ive had the same phone number for 30 years. I had no notice. I am devistated. The way i made my living is gone. It took 50 years to accumulate those tools i wont live long enough to recover from this. Ultimately its my fault for assuming everything was ok and paid and not paying attention to what was happening. Ward bro said they tried to contact me butt i never saw or. Heard any thing. They could have tried ..a little harder. To whoever bought my unit i will trade the keys for the snap on tool boxes for my personal papers pictures and clothes

I've relocated and was able to book the storage unit online easily enough. Ward brothers was recommended by a long time local, and I couldn't be more pleased. The property is gated, and has surveillance, very clean, and NO PESTS. Really the only things they could do better would be to have air controlled units, trashes available on site, and bathrooms if I had to suggest anything.

The units are extremely clean. Since I have had a storage unit I have had I (one) problem with scorpions, in which they had an exterminator come out that day. I am very comfortable with my items being secured due to the security system they have in place. I highly recommend this place if you are able to find a unit.

I have both a travel trailer storage and a small enclosed unit. I believe my stuff is secure at Ward Brothers Storage. The security fence and pin pad access mean someone can not just walk in and mess with stuff, and the other customers all seem to respect the space and keep it clean and free from debris. If you pay by the year, it is the least expensive place around, and the sign up process online is very convenient and easy.

Have had past experiences with other storage unit companies in both the Gila Valley and out of state; can easily say Ward Brothers Storage has been the easiest, cleanest and most private units I’ve worked with so far. Highly recommend!

My family and I are in the process of moving to Safford and trying to find storage had been a nightmare. We finally found Ward Brothers and they made is unbelievably easy to rent units. They have a map so you can see where each unit is in case you need to rent more than one, and so when you get there you know where you need to go. Gated security helps us feel positive about leaving our belongings there. Units are clean, no signs of pests. Highly recommend!

After dealing with several storage unit companies down here in the Gila Valley, Ward Brothers was the easiest to work with. I didn’t have to wait to hear back from them. And I did everything online. Easiest by far! And cheaper then most places!!
