Aug/15/2024 Today I had an appointment to deliver at 9am . When I arrived no one told me where to park after submitting my papers because there was no parking available so, I was waiting where I parked ( just out of the doc. One unloader came to me and ask to open my trailer doors to unload . I opened the doors and they started to unload my trailer.
When they done, the same guy guy from the office came to me and misbehaved with me and said to take my truck outside from the building and park on the street. He was very rude and upset on me.
( am old man who took my papers in the office)
He was keep insultting me when I asked about my paperwork ,he said you will get it when I call.
He took 5 hours puposly for getting revenge .

Feww times i went to the office, even I requested to give my paperwork back so I can go to pick up my next load but he was so rude!
The company have to teach their peoples about the customer service . They making company's reputation BAD!

He was nice only with Maxcican peoples, and very rude with all others . He is a very RACIST AND
PRAJUDICE!!!

No customer service or in a better way no one to talk too cause all of them no english so go learn some Spanish before delivering to this place . Never coming back to this place again too much to deal with and im better taking my service somewhere else

They give priority to Mexican drivers, even if you arrived and checked in before them you gotta be ready to be unloaded last. I just sit in my cabin and see how Mexican drivers come after me and delivery before me… Connections … and attitude

Arrived Saturday for monday 10am delivery, had to wait for Mexican truck to cross border. Now its Tuesday and still waiting.... I did almost 3x34 reset. Broker, shipper, receiver, customer have no info when I will be unloaded. If your rate conf says you have appt, you are just lied. They work FCFS so no appt. There's a yard for waiting but you have to leave after 8pm. Totally messed up place. DONT TAKE LOADS HERE

Waste of time to come here. Very slow peoples.If you have a delivery on friday make sure arrive on thursday otherwise you will loose your next pickup and you have to sit till monday.

Narrow & busy street parking and on top of that slow unloading process. They need to update their system to make it efficient so they don't get crowded.

They arrive around 6:45 am, but officially open at 7 am. Unloading begins at 8 am. Closes at 5 pm.
