I rented a spot for my fifth wheel while my house was under construction. I spoke with the office manager a couple times and she is organized and polite. The facility is secure and prices are fair.

We had a Motor home that was so tall I had issues finding facilities that Id fit in.The manager Leroy worked with me first hand and we measured the RV and he helped me back in to the storage where I couldn't see. The facility is outstanding and don't see any reason to go elsewhere! The gate is so secure and all the cameras are easing. The lot is pretty well lit up at night which I like when I have to grab something out of the RV. Thank you Leroy for being so very helpful to us!

I recently moved my boat to Havasu Superior Storage from another storage facility in the city. The staff, and especially Leroy, were very friendly and provided a storage unit that met my needs at a reasonable price. I like the security that it provides and the ease of access into the facility. I have been a customer for 2 years. Few businesses meet your expectations. The guys at Havasu Superior Storage "Over Deliver". They have really made it easy to do business with them. The unusual thing is they seem to really think it is no big deal, just doing a job that they enjoy. Leroy and Tom are the best, and it is a nice facility too.

These guys are special. From the moment we first contacted them on the phone they were friendly and helpful. You are not just another number to them. They dealt with us individually and addressed out every need and concern. The facilities are great. They have everything from very small to huge storage areas and the whole place is clean and secure. If you need storage in Lake Havasu City we heartily encourage you to take a look at these guys... They are the best around.

Went to the storage unit for the camper and the usual guys aren't there anymore. We met a woman named Harley and she seemed very new and confused. We asked her about renting a uhaul trailer and she claimed she couldn't due to the asphalt being done around the storage units?! All their equipment was in front of the building so there was no real excuse. A while later we thought we might get a second storage locker for family. We went in and again got Harley. She said there's no discount on a second unit and we have to pay a huge deposit as well. I guess all great things come to an end and I think was is it for us. This facility is great but being treated like another number as customer for years isn't going to buy our business. Found another facility that was much cheaper with power, not to mention the person I dealt with didn't sound so silly and confused.
