I drove 40 minutes here with a very expensive piece. I told Mary many times that I wanted an appraisal for her hundred dollar price tag. She spent 10 minutes listening to herself talk, asking me questions that weren't even applicable, and then telling me not to appraise it when It's worth almost $20k. When someone is willing to pay for your service, why would you turn them down unless you have no idea any of the details. She was extremely unknowledgeable and a horrible listener.

Beware! Sold here once before with a ok result. Tried again but this time I called 3 different locations in Tucson and got three different spot prices on gold. Got a cringy feeling as the woman denied ever buying from me before, and denied the previous spot price value calculation. They now have their own “price sheet” which lowballs the seller down below a 90% value. Shady!!

It was a Saturday afternoon that had lead me to meeting Luis at PMR for the first time with the intent of selling some of my old unwanted jewelry. Luis was very easy to talk to and knowledgable in his work by answering any questions I did have. I would recommend visiting PMR if you find yourself needing to get rid of gold jewelry.
