I have used Lugg for 3 moves now and I will continue to use this service! It’s always an excellent value and this company has always shown their employees are kind, efficient and so strong! I got Raven and David this move and I’m so glad I did! They were very mindful with my belongings and very efficient in getting everything done. Thank you Lugg for making moving stress free!

Do NOT use this company! You can NOT get a live person! They subcontract with people, who knows if and how they are vetted and verified? My movers, although they did an ok job, showed up in a dented, dilapidated vehicle and also were unable to get in touch with an actual person on the phone. I needed to change addresses as we left the pick up spot (to another place less than 1 mile away) and they were unable to accommodate the request because they could not get in touch with a live person.

No accountability. No customer service (their ASAP e-mail got back to me five hours later.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Reclining sofa was damaged during damage. There is no live support to assist with the claim except email. I am not even sure whether it will be addressed in timely manner.

Movers were great, but customer service is terrible.

The movers lost the parts to my bed which were unable to be replaced without buying an entire new bed. The support team has taken over 2 weeks to come up with a refund “offer”, which was about half the cost to replace my bed. They take days to respond to an email and do not have a phone number to call. Very disappointing as I paid them to move my bed, and now am forced to pay out of pocket for a new bed when they are the ones at fault.

My first time to use Lugg, and it was a great experience! From start to finish it was a breeze. Was able to get a real time picture of my delivery window. My delivery person was very pleasant and kept my items safe and handled them with care and concern! Would definitely recommend and will think of them if I should ever need their services!

Mohamed and Paul were very professional, courteous, and quick!! Hired LUGG to help a family member with severe social anxiety move apartments and was expecting it to be an extremely stressful day for them, but their report back was glowing! I had no idea that this service existed! It was really handy to be able to purchase something and have it delivered right to my house! It was well worth the money to NOT have to stress about how I’d get this bed delivered. The 2 men who delivered my bed were on time and very friendly and courteous. I’ll use Lugg again in the future!
