Says it is a resort has nice pool and spa. All facilities are clean and accessed with a key . Has disabled shower . Easy to get around gravel and hard packed dirt with a scooter. all campers and long term rentals are friendly. Too noisy close to freeway no internet worked although they have five portals. Would not stay here again.not worth half off passport America of 32 bucks.

LOVED our stay at Pato Blanco, with our pug Nina! Attended the Potluck party where JR plied us with Fireball shots, danced to the songs by the most amazing life band we ever came across (and we have enjoyed a LOT - this Band was absolutely outstanding!) and relished in the peace, quiet, and abundance of hiking/walking trails and spots that offer 360 degree views. We cannot wait to come back next year, same time! What a nice surprise! Yes the train noise couple times during the night is annoying, but honestly we felt so At Home and welcomed, and had so much fun, the train just became the object of jokes. Thank you for having us, Chris - we'll be back soon! And we'll bring a big bottle of Fireball with us - you guys just PARTY ON! :)))

What a great little park! We stayed here after having to leave Hacienda RV park in Las Cruces New Mexico due to safety concerns. The people are super nice, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful park! Nice, clean pool area. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Yes, you can hear the traffic, but it was a dull white noise. We heard the train a couple of times before going to bed, but that was it. To address the person saying it is expensive, it most definitely is not expensive for Arizona, unfortunately. Everything costs more here, I think. We've stayed in more expensive places with dirty, bad managed parks. This was none of those! Everyone was friendly and the park is clean.

The people are very friendly & the tues potlucks & parties are fun with their band playing. Fri card bingo is a lot of fun. We've returned for 5 years, only missing the Covid year of 2020.

This is a very nice RV Park. It's clean and quiet with three little lakes full of water fowl. The manager was very kind and helpful. I've stayed in parks near train tracks before, but many are in areas where they only blow the horn if there are animals or people on the tracks. Unfortunately, that's not the case here, so be prepared to hear some train horns throughout the night.

We stay here as we know a resident. We stay in the rental units. They are like upgrade noble homes. The kitchen is usable and we often have several groups in for a good evening. The bathroom are nice as well. All of this is well maintained.

The long term area is one of the best I've ever seen. There is a great pool area that is well used and clean. The common room is also well used and maintained. We have attended occasions there with great results. There is a pond with fish and ducks. You can catch and release. This place is more a community than business.

If you do visit it is a very good idea to keep you speed down. This place has many folks walking to and from, often with food. So park and join in.

It is somewhat noisy close to the freeway but not much of a bother at night.

I’ve revised to five stars as I keep visiting and use the trailers.

We stayed at Pato Blanco RV Resort for a few days in March and had a great time. The park itself is very clean and the RV spots are wide enough for all your slides. Three fishing ponds are on site for catch and release and have some really nice bass, catfish and bluegill. The pool and spa are great after a day of adventure. There are only a couple toilets each for men and women as well as two showers each, which I think is not enough, but they were clean and we normally didn't have to wait too long, if at all. WiFi is "fair", but move up to the office and there is no problem. Laundry is good and the folks are friendly. We were there over St. Patrick's Day and there was a big potluck with the park supplying corned beef and cabbage and the adult beverages. Great time. I'd recommend this park as a great place to stay if you're in the Benson area.
