I booked a load with Emerge Freight Broker (Ryan Edwards). I filled out the Carrier Packet and had been waiting for the rate confirmation, but they kept coming up with excuses. Just hours before I was set to pick it up, they canceled on me without any explanation. This left me scrambling to find another load.

Communication was poor throughout the process, and when I reached out for clarification, I received vague responses. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize convenience over their drivers’ time and efforts.

I cannot recommend Emerge Freight Broker based on my experience. Reliability is key in this industry, and unfortunately, they did not deliver.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. Did not communicate details required for load then approved and denied TONU.

You guys drop the ball then take accountability then avoid accountability. Sad and unfortunate. Brokers get to do whatever they want.
