Terry moved a 42,000lb Military Vehicle that requires both high driver and vehicle standards to be met. He arrived the night prior for pickup so he could be the first one loaded and was at the drop off the day prior to ensure timelines were met. He maintained constant communication, provided in-route tracking, and even sent a high-quality video of the vehicle being unloaded. I would highly recommend Terry for any job but especially for jobs where there is no room for error.

So far so good. It’s a little pricey but I knew that before trying out their non contractual services and I’m still here so that says something.

Melissa (a former truck driver) my freight dispatcher does a great job and we seem to get along very well. It’s great having someone that works with you and that represents your company that speaks and understands English and American culture.

In the past I used a service that only employed what sounded like gentlemen with VERY strong middle Eastern accents. It was frustrating working with someone that didn’t fully understand American Culture. I find it hard to work with someone that does not understand my way of life (3rd Generation Truck Driver) my values, my jokes, or honestly anything about the American way of life. After googling American own dispatch companies I found freightgirlzs. After checking out their website and speaking with some in sales dept I decided to go with them and honestly I’m glad I did.

I have a relatively new MC and I feel having a dispatch service helps make your life a little easier and safer. It’s not safe trying to find and book loads while driving. It’s also not profitable looking for loads for hours a day instead of driving to your next drop either.

As a driver we already have enough distractions on the roads. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you have a new MC I would highly recommend this company. You have to give your brain a moment to rest and trying to find those loads while driving is not only unsafe for you but it’s unsafe for everybody.

Switching to Freight Girlz was the best move I’ve made. They are always responsive and professional, completely transparent on every aspect, and friendly. Plus they have been making sure to give me the kind of loads I want. Great communication with my dispatcher keeps me going to the areas I want to be in for the best rates out there. I was running out of options as a power only plan that wasn’t working the way I had planned it. I found Freight Girlz and emailed Abby after hours and she responded. Later we had a nice phone conversation about my goals and what they could do for me but after signing up the “wow factor” hit me. They came through with “JIT” precision and bailed me out. I’ll survive thanks to Freight Girlz. My assigned dispatcher Kimberly she’s a “Top Gun” and doesn’t settle for cheap rates.
