Sales associate was very rude and had me thinking they didn't want my business or money for a simple part that fits multiple machines and was not in stock. Then had the nerve to tell that they were not going to order it if I was going to a competitor. As a business owner you would think that you would try to get the customer to think they are the most important person in your store. Very terrible customer service. No parts or simple tune up parts for vehicles kept in stock. I would blame management and the owner
