Second purchase from this location. Was not happy with the first couch and recliner. Angie and Mike worked with us to exchange it. Needed the returned set out of the house before the new one was to be delivered due to some work on our floors. Mike authorized the pick up and then delivered the new set when we were ready. Great people and great customer service.

We have bought here and in our previous encounters with the staff we had great service. This time around we went to buy a dining room table and paid cash for it. They seemed bothered that we wanted to move it on our own and made several rude and unprofessional comments in the process! It made us feel like we were being patronized and it was uncalled for at several turns. I really hate this because we loved buying our furniture here and we enjoyed being loyal customers but this will be the last time we buy from here!

Customer service was HORRIBLE at the Brewton,AL office. I went to add a table to my current account and the lady who came to assist me was horrible. I will be calling Mike the store manager in the morning to resolve the issue. Train your employees better because today's service was horrible and I walked out. If this is how you treat your customers I pray that they shut this store down.

The manager, Mike Hart, is very helpful and helps customers in any way that he can. You can tell he really cares about his customers needs. I will not buy my furniture or appliances anywhere else. I will always recommend Badcock!!!

We have been shopping at this Badcock Location for about 2 years. Literally every time we go in there they know us by name, just like family. Love all the staff all the way down to the shipping guys.
