My partner and I shopped here they only offer rentals but wow the service is all inclusive feels like you are on a paid vacation. They offer all things in one place where else do you get that kind of service with a storage place, I moved from Sierra Vista to Tucson in 2020 and shopped my options this place is a great spot to keep your stuff for however long needed.

Great rates if you're military. I cancelled my rental when I found ants in my storage unit eating into some of my boxes. They would not refund my last month's rent, even though I brought the problem to their attention half way through the billing period. They would not do anything for me. Two stars for good rates, but terrible quality and customer service.

Well....... the mice haven't eaten everything. Using sealed containers is definitely recommended.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I had them for almost a year and put sentimental things in there because I didn’t have room for it at my house. Was never late on any payments. Had things from my mother and grandmother that passed away thinking it would be safe. I went there today to get my things out and found out that not only did they change the key pad on the outside of the door, but back in April my lock was found off of my storage unit and was NEVER informed. I was first told this morning that the lock was broken and they replaced it with one of theirs, and then when I showed the lock to them, they said that wasn’t the one they put on. So not only did the lock I have on there go missing, but they lied about putting their own on there and then had a random lock on my unit that I had no key to. More then half of my things were stolen from the unit. And what I can’t understand is why my unit was found unlocked back in April but never got a call or email about it. I lost things that were my mothers and my grandmothers who are no longer with us and they didn’t have the decency to even call to tell me anything. Apparently their cameras don’t go back not even 3 months. All of it just seem so sketchy to me. The only way someone could get into the storage unit is if they had the code to enter the area in which my stuff was stored. I would not EVER recommend anyone to put their belongings there unless you want the people working there to steal it or sell it

I had the absolute best experience with Bob and his towing service this morning. It was a situation that involved towing multiple vehicles, one that was broke broken down and parked incorrectly facing traffic, and one that was front wheel drive and parked up close to another vehicle. With Bob's experience, it took no time at all. Very polite man. I will definitely use this tow service if needed again in the future.
