I’ve been here going on my 3rd month I love it here this is where I will retire the family atmosphere and my dm Kenny Stafford is the best I could ask for from what I’ve seen as long as you will work you will make money just my 2 cents but as the older people say the proof is in the pudding

DO NOT LEASE UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS OR HAVE MONNEY IN THE BANK TO COVER YOUR PERSONAL EXPENSES!!
What they will not inform you is that the company will deduct 70% of your income in totality. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LIVE OFF 30% OF YOUR INCOME BEFORE TAXES SO DO THE MATH!!! You will not see maintenance records on the vehicle of choice! PLEASE understand that your weekly deductions before fuel is $1380 or $190 per day rounded up. And these deductions will continue even when on home time so plan accordingly or the driver will be in the negative for the following week and depends on your DM( driver manager) you truck not of $950 will not be paid from your maintenance account so the system is designed for the driver to be indebted to them i.e. managed slavery. You not get paid for deadhead miles up to 200 and then only 60cpm(cents per mile) so it may cost the driver $140 per deadhead before arriving to shipper. The planners will show favoritism for certain drivers and communication is minimal. The system I believe is that the more one stay on a load even though the delivery can be made sooner benefits the company i.e. 3days for a 700 mile trip which the driver will loose $527 plus fuel before delivery so do not be surprised you receive a paycheck under $600 before net taxes which may mean your total income may be $450 depending on residence. If one is new to the industry I do not recommend this company because they do hire drivers out of school and many I have talked with have come close to losing their home or taking out loans to maintain their personal investment being stressed on if the next check will be enough to satisfy their home budget....respectfully submitted

Drivers stay away from this company u will go broke. They say they will work with u but it is all talk. Drivers can’t support there family on 3-800.00 dollars aweek. I stayed out for a month or more at a time. When I did quit and turned the trk in I was charged 2300 in made up damages. The people are nice as long as u work there. U pay for everything from the time u get there. They charge u for locks, Load bars, mattress refer fuel washouts. Drivers u can’t make any money with them. U might want to do a lot of research on them

All this negativity I work there for 2 yrs 1/2 never have problems I left because have a friend was sick holding his truck & after 45 days re garrison send me all my money’s was holding for 2yrs 1/2 & I Take care my truck very good was a big surprise for me having a good dispatch name Bill

They need more customer freight! Teams are sitting and waiting hours and hours / even days at a time to get loads or to be loaded by shippers. You have to pay for your own trailer wash outs , reefer and def ! Pour communication & their customer rates have been cut by over 30% to the drivers pay for same loads they have been running for years and years. They say they work off of Dat load boards but then when u find a load , they say their customers have to be completed first but the customers aren’t paying and they control your mileage the closer you get to the end of your lease being paid off it’s almost like they try to frustrate you about to get you to quit and not pay off the truck / balloon payment. Only thing good is the Dispatcher we were lucky enough to have and the home time amount due to them having no loads / freight really abvailable anyways they didn’t mind how many days we took off. Nice trucks but horrible communication and no constant frieght for teams to run We always planned on being out for 4-5 weeks at a time and to run hard but never could bc we were sitting and waiting all the time with no loads and they expect you to dead head hours and hundreds of miles away for your next pick up on your own dime as well bc they have no freight available!

Drivers are ignorant and rude. I’ve been driving 23 years and had this driver at Walmart that checked in after me act like a complete child cause he wouldn’t move up to open his doors after I had pulled up. And this is how petty and childish he is.

Attempted to call, but no answer. Driver in 22122 driving erratically in Omaha NE. Switching lanes without signal, tailgating, veering out of his own lane, and inconsistent speeds (fast then slow). Putting others on the road in danger.
