Staff not available on weekends, not even for emergency calls. Storage will apply a lock to your unit, without a call or message, and if it happens on a weekend, no staff will be available to support or help. Poor customer service.

Cant beat it for the price. Got a little 4x4 unit which was available and by far the cheapest in town. The thing is at least 8 feet tall so I managed to fit a bunch of stuff in there. Pretty sure I'm paying around 30 a month which is very reasonable for the space. Easily accessible and 24 hour as well

Best storage shed I have ever used. They even have lights in the units and you can get to your stuff anytime, day or night. However since there is no gates, security is fairly low. Great prices and location too. The staff is fine and the train would only bother you if you were living in a unit.

I rented here off n on for around 12 years, one of the best storage places i rented a storage shed at, prices are good, for a 10×15 i pay $125, 24 hour access no gates n no codes, light you can turn on in outside bigger ones
Now they could clean up more around there, like have one of the workers blow all garbage n leaves n dust into piles n sweep up n throw away at least once a month, also i killed like 5 mice in my unit this last one i rented for like 3 years, they need commercial mouse traps around property
But over all good place to rent n good prices for flagstaff
Now i also rented storage down the street past maverick, they had good prices also but also had mice problems, n was not 24 hour service, but i like coconino storage way better, coconino storage units sometimes are all rented out or most of them, smaller storage place to rent units, get one while you can if one is open cause they rent out fast

This has to be the most getto storage in Flagstaff.

If you love LOUD train sounds flying by and unprofessional staff, gross trash left around from vagrants, your stuff getting saturated from water/condensation, people living on thevpremuses taking up parking that blocks driveway to dumsters, and sn owner whose lack of responsibility motto is dodge calls and once you track her down, dodge full accountability.

Let me assure you, and I know, the storage unit business is definitely one that people read online reviews about, cheaper in this case (and not by much) is not even remotely worth it.

Save yourself time and stress and your dtuff in the condition you left it in, by going somewhere RELIABLE.
After all, our peace of mind is worth it.
