I had lost my wallet while stopping for gas and drinks and someone turned in my wallet that I had dropped. A month later I got my wallet mailed back to me in Mesa AZ. All my credit cards and ID, military ID, concealed weapons permit card, and most importantly my service dog ID card. I just wanted to say thank you for mailing it back to me and I thank God for all the good people in this world. Thank you so much Silver Saddle Self Storage. Next time I pass through I will always make sure I stop and buy all my snacks, drinks, gas and ice there.

I've had a unit here for about a year and a half. On the plus side, the prices are pretty good. I have a 10'x 20' that i pay $116 a month for. The unit has a full front slide up door, which makes for easy access, loading, and unloading. Nice, wide aisles ensure parking by your unit without blocking traffic.
On the negative side, access closes at 7pm, a little early if you work a daytime job. Also, I lost my keys once while moving stuff into my unit, and was still looking for them at closing time. An employee told me that if i wasn't out in 30 mins. the mgr. was going to call the police on me. Another negative incident occurred when they changed their office hours from 6pm to 5pm, but didn't post the new hours on their website. I usually pay a month or two in advance, but a couple months ago i couldnt pay until the 5th, which is the cut off date before a late fee is charged. I checked the website for the office hours(6pm closing time), got there at about 5:40, and was charged a late fee because they had changed the office hours. You would think that since(1) they had neglected to change the website, which is what most people would go by, and(2) I have been a patron in good standing for over a year, i would get the benefit of the doubt. No such luck.

Everything gets covered in silt. Each unit is not sealed. Dust, silt, comes in from somewhere. Winter time melting snow run off goes under your unit door not just flooding it but entombing all your stuff in a foot of solid ice. Get the flood insurance. Always get a unit with a western facing wall. The eastern doors never get a chance to thaw and drain into your unit to re-freeze every night. I should have thrown everything away and saved my money to buy it all new again in a year. Waste of money.

Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Best prices in town! I was able to get a bigger unit for ~$25 less than other places wanted for a smaller unit!

Mice chewed up several boxes and my couch, the roof leaked and ruined other boxes and everything was full of spiders and dirt.

Not friendly. Behave strangely about storage units. $60 deposit is outrageous! Worried about getting my deposit back.
