We were starting our cross-country trip from California to Ohio when we found ourselves with a dead battery right at the beginning of our journey in Flagstaff, AZ. After Googling "battery shops in Flagstaff," we decided to go with NAPA based on the glowing reviews—and we were not disappointed! Aaron not only helped us find the right battery but also took the time to install it, even though it wasn’t a "quick and easy" job due to the make and model of our car. He stuck with it and got the job done! We were so impressed with the friendly, professional service. Highly recommend!

Gary was a great help for me. I came in with a long list of maintenance items for two vehicles. He promptly got his notebook out and noted the vehicles and what parts they needed and kept them separate. Then he retrieved the parts promptly and was very patient with me as I needed a good number of parts. After all was said and done, he double checked the items with my list and then he ensured the quality of boxed items with me and got my confirmation and finally helped me take everything out to my vehicle. I want to give a big shout out to Chico, Jase, and the rest of the incredible staff at Napa! I was driving through Flagstaff from Oklahoma on my way to Sedona when my Jeep’s brake line needed urgent repair. I stopped by Napa, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they help me find the correct part, but they also connected me with a mechanic who could fix it quickly. Their immense knowledge and exceptional customer service saved the day. I am forever grateful for their kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!!!

Chico was great! Very knowledgeable and nice. I was able to get my parts easily and for a great price. I buy parts a lot from random places but Napa is the best. Chico I'd my new favorite parts person. He deserves a raise.

The guys at Napa in Flagstaff just saved us from having major break system failure while on a cross country trip! Chico and Dawson and the crew all put their heads together and got us a mechanic to fix our vehicle on a Sunday. Thank you guys for doing stellar work and being so very kind! Best auto-part service I've ever experienced! Early August 2024, my car died on a hill in downtown Flagstaff and I was unsure if it was safe to jump the battery it or if there was another issue that needed to be fixed. I called Planet Chrysler (where I'd usually gone for service/maintenance) hoping I'd be able to speak with the service department and figure out next steps---the service desk was not helpful and did not allow me to speak to maintenance, as they were booked at least three weeks out. I called NAPA next hoping to get some answers. Not only did NAPA FaceTime me to see what the issue was, they came to my vehicle on-site to replace the battery, clean around it, and dispose of the old battery! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and honest about the service I needed to get back on the road. Never trusting Planet Chrysler again when there are much more worthy auto supply shops in town! Thank you!

We were traveling and stopped in looking for a part for our vehicle. We told the person we had the part number but he only wanted year, make and model. When we told him it was for a motorhome he said they can't help. He said they don't carry the part since it's too new of a model. Interesting as we then went on Amazon and could order the part ourselves. unfortunately since we're traveling it's difficult to get an Amazon delivery. So we went to O'Reilly and they were extremely helpful, offering to order the part for us.
