The online renting experience was awesome but the process of getting access to the unit could have been better. When I arrived Saturday morning I discovered the gate code provided was incorrect, the unit was padlocked, the Saturday office hours had changed and the unit wasn’t clean. Mistakes happen but nobody apologized for the frustrations I experienced.

2 mistakes from office personal have caused me to have to drive there to take care of the situation. Since the other couple left it has gone downhill.
And your prices have skyrocketed way out of control. I took over their unit after they passed. They had their unit since 1990 and they were retired when the moved back to Flagstaff where they were originally.
I'm 68 on S.S. and I wish I had the $ to move out of #266 & $251.

This storage has some of the best gate hours in town! Sign up was very easy and the employees are always very helpful.
