Absolute garbage delivery service. Ordered two appliances off Lowe’s that they were supposed to deliver. I specifically made the appointment arrangements for 12pm-4pm arrival. The driver calls me at 8am wondering where I am? I tried several phone calls to the company but you get absolutely no where with the reps. They kinda just say I don’t know and you will get a call. We are 6 hours into waiting for this call? Thanks for ruining my day and the terrible service

I had a horrible experience with them. You can glean it from the other reviews, but here we go. I ordered two appliances direct from a manufacturer. They did arrive on time and they did have good communication leading up to the delivery. That's where the good ended. They damaged one of the appliances. I paid a premium for installation and they did not do ANY installation. I mean they didn't even plug them in to the power outlet. When I ran the washer, they had not removed the shipping bolts and it taxed the motor enough that I'm going to have to get a complete replacement or refund from the manufacturer. If I could avoid this company in the future, I would.

Avoid at all costs! I have a shipping quote from them for $245. They show up on the wrong date and the driver requires $591 to deliver. Because I wasn't available (on the wrong date) I was charged another $158 redelivery fee. They did not show up on the next scheduled day, but the day after. It would almost be cheaper to drive cross country myself to pick up the parcel. Looking at other reviews, I am far from alone in my experience with them.

If I could give a negative star review for this company, I would… As in -5 star review. That’s how incompetent & rude they are. They lost my original order & when a replacement was sent, they gave me a 1-5 delivery window & showed up to any empty house at 10 AM. The dispatch center told me “that’s too bad. Our driver finished his route early & you need to be there or reschedule.” Then (here’s the kicker), they hung up on me. When I called to reschedule, I was told they lost the mattress again. Still haven’t received the delivery 2 months later. Whoever is running this company is a complete & utter clown for allowing this type of service. Stay far, far away if you have a choice!!!!

First time driver showed up no call didn't even let us know he had been here. Next time driver called and arrived at our location but would not drop of the two pallets we were waiting for because the only person to sign for it was under eighteen. I talked to the driver on the phone and he refused to give us good customer service even when I assured him this person signs for deliveries all the time. He left with the delivery still on the truck. We rescheduled again and the morning of this delivery they called and asked if we have a loading dock or forklift on site. Apparently the driver did not like that I was upset on the previous delivery attempt and the person on the phone decided to stick up for her buddy and to make it as difficult as possible to get our shipment after the driver had been here twice before and did not bring this up at all. She told me she could send it back to the shipper and cancelled the deliver appointment and told me she would contact the shipper and call me back. I have been in business for twenty years at this location and never had difficulties like this before.
Please avoid using this company because they have bad customer service and bad policies set by bad management. This is a company that truly deserves to go out of business because they are so poorly operated.
I have told my inbound shippers to never use them again and hope you will do the same to avoid this type of aggravation.

This company is an absolute joke! They have not only lied about not being able to find my address, and choosing not to show up with my furniture, they have also “lost” not only a part but now an entire sofa. They refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor, they refuse to return calls or try and make things right, my furniture was supposed to be delivered on 12/8 but due to their lack of knowing how to do their job, I will now have my family visiting for the holidays sitting in camping chairs because they lost my couch and refuse to deliver any other piece that they claim to have. Lost furniture? Seriously. Did you steal the furniture and sell it? How does an entire sofa just all of a sudden become lost when you had the entire delivery ready to be delivered and chose not to show up? Sounds like they are robbing these companies by stealing peoples orders and “ordering replacements” only to make a profit, large companies such as Costco and Living Spaces really should stop using XPO, as let’s be honest, it ties them to a dishonest company who clearly has zero integrity. If they were a member of the BBB I’d report them there as well. In my opinion they are making a profit off of the companies that use them and conveniently “lose” furniture or can’t deliver to the “bad address” they’ve been given. Absolute JOKE

Why can't we give negative stars?
They called and arranged a delivery time. We waited all day. No show. No call. They wouldn't answer their phone when we called. It rang and rang. We've not received our furniture. We cannot get an answer from them and still do not have our delivery. We still have not been able to speak to a customer service rep.
Worst customer service -especially after they called and 'ensured' that we would be at home. Be sure to be there, the customer rep said. Be sure to meet the driver at the curb.
No show. So irritated. So angry. So unhappy!

Completely terrible! They received a large order of furniture on September 20th. It took them about two weeks to even communicate a delivery date for me. You can't get ahold of anyone there. We finally got a call to schedule delivery for 10/7 between 3 and 6PM. We organized our schedules to make sure that someone was home. No show, no communication that they weren't able to come. Since then, multiple attempts made to contact company. No one answers the phone, no answering service to leave a message. Finally got ahold of someone today, 10/15. Very unprofessional. Stated that they haven't even opened my shipping container yet. Why schedule a delivery if you can't fulfill your word. Wasting people's time, and holding on to product. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs!
