After purchasing a slightly used Curv container off another fellow jumper, I realized this rig did not fit me perfectly, and that the main handle sat too high and away from me during pull time! No good... I took it straight to RI after having a little no pull/no find party in the sky and they immediately measured me up and took the rig. Had it back in a jiffy and fit like a glove! At what seemed like almost no cost at all, Sandy even replaced my lost hook knife for free! Awesome, super helpful people!

Having worn numerous rigs through my skydiving career I can tell you RI rigs are the most comfortable and as safe as safe can get. The customer service is exceptional and the attention to detail second to none. If you want to be safe and comfortable then an RI rig is the way to go!!

Rigging innovations an amazing company. I can attest to the quality of product and service that this business provides. Absolutely everyone I have encountered who has tested one of their canopies has had nothing but good things to say about them. The owners of this company also stand by their products and fix any issues faster than any other manufacturer I have encountered to this point. I’ve been jumping for almost ten years now and I’m a skydive instructor.

Less than 100 jumps and my BOC is falling apart. I sent them photos and expressed my concern, and they didn't care to respond. A simple fix just lost them a customer, who loves to recommend products and discuss skydiving gear. If you're thinking about getting a rig, I don't recommend RI. Go with another brand.

Having put over 2500 jumps on Rigging Innovations rigs (including as a student on Telesis containers, 1000 on a well-loved Genera, and 1500+ on Curvs) I'm always amazed at the attention to detail, customer service, and friendliness of literally everyone at RI. Whether it's replacing a lost freebag after a cutaway, needing a flap stiffener replaced, or simply asking for advice about gear (whether or not it's related to one of their products) they've been nothing but helpful, welcoming, and awesome for the 10 years I've been skydiving.
