At Utlevering for point for packages there is nobody to open it at 6.00AM (as it should be) to pickup packages. I was driving with packages from 19.00PM previous day just to came day after to hear that guy that is working from 6.00 till 7.00 is sick. Called to duty manager just to hear that he is not magician. Well great you are not but I got some other places to deliver packages and just want to finish my job after 13h shift. Spirit is not able to keep good services.

Sent our dog here. They were pretty good with service, but hard to know where to go and nowhere to sit and wait for things. You are left standing in the hall. Helpful staff!

Jeg var her for å hente 150 kg flytte gods. Stedet var lett å finne. Parkerte på en gjesteplass og det var ikke lett å finne inngangen hvis du ikke har vært her før. Når jeg var inne trakk jeg kølapp og ventet på tur. En hyggelig dame gav meg papirene og sa jeg måtte besøke tollen. Tollen har kontor ved utenlandsk innkomsten på selve flyplassen.

Det enkleste og billigste måten å komme seg dit er å la bilen stå på gjesteparkeringen å gå ca 10 minutter til ankomst hallen, gjøre seg ferdig hos tollen å gå tilbake igjen.

Obsługa w biurze trudziła się żebyśmy razem doszli do konsensusu. Ja chciałem towar a panie się zastanawiały "a co to", "dla czego"...w końcu doszło że potrzebuje jakiegoś pisma wysłanego na maila.
Wysłane - po czym dalej otrzymałem za mało towaru. Okazało się że nie doczytały maila w którym wszystko było napisane... ehh do biura wchodziłem z 30 razy. Wózkowi spoko goście. Plac na manewry duży a przed bramą mały placyk na pauzę. Zwykle zajęty.
