I rented two different units from Fultondale location. The move in went great The move out was very overwhelming. One unit has mites and roaches (but in the defense of the unit, it was an outside unit and the units have access to each other through the top of the units. I bombed everything inside my moving truck. The complaint I have is that the move out process wasn't explained. I spoke with three different employee and their instructions vary a bit One was if you move out within two days of billing date you will get a refund on the unit. Another was stating four days....And the last one stated that you will need to give a 15 day notice to move out. Again, I just wasn't aware. If you plan to rent from this company just be aware that there is NO PRORATION on the days not used prior to next billing period
