I’ve had a unit at Alpha for a few years, and experienced a few people managing the property. Recently, Christian came on board and has shown a lot of passion to improve the facility and customer relations; even showing compassion and understanding when I ran into some difficulties with the move out process. She is absolutely an asset, with a lot of ideas and motivation to make changes for the better ?

I've rented from Alpha Self Storage for over 5 years now. Their rates are comparable to other storage facilities in the Verde Valley and I've never had any problems. The manager Christian has always been very professional and helpful every time I've spoken with her.

Super easy process you have the option to do it online or better yet you may stop by their office to meet a super friendly soul, Christian was on top of her game, she explained everything I needed and even gave me a ride to go see my unit in her snazzy golf cart, I definitely recommend renting your storage from this clean facility I wish the access was just a tad little later than 7 , but it’ll do

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE!!! They have upped the price THREE times and we haven’t even stored with them for a year. its almost impossible to get to YOUR belongings when (even though there’s a gate with passcodes) you can only enter from 7am-7pm. Customer service is nonexistent, they have not once ever answered the phone when I called.

Can’t wait to find a new storage site and get the hell out of there.
