The manager was very helpful and professional. The office was the most sterile clean bizniz I have encountered. She offered choices of units to view and a very nice tour of the grounds. She explained the security, the insurance requirements, the options to pay the monthly rent, and gave helpful tips for moving. The units are clean. Yass yassss and yassssssss! This is my ideal self storage. Thaaaaaank yooouuuuu!

Raising rates CONSTANTLY is a thing with this company. Most dissatisfied. They know that there is a shortage in the area and take advantage of it by raising rates to push out old clients and then bringing in new clients at the raised rate. Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Facility manager Tally Cass is amazing. Such professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and patient customer service is so rare these days. Tally excels at all of the above. We can't thank her enough for helping us book a parking spot for our fifth wheel at Tygar self storage. She walked us through every step of process and provided us with all the information we needed to arrive in Cottonwood and move into our parking space. Thank you Tally! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!! This place is holding our family items hostage. They keep taking payments on a unit that we have keys to the locks for but put a fraud lock on because our aunt died. We have jumped through all the hoops they have made with paperwork etc. We have been fighting since February!
