A great place for anyone who needs a work environment that offers a variety of spaces from private offices, shared space, conference rooms, and smaller private rooms for those who use the shared space to make phone calls or take conference calls. The Perch provides all of this, plus a great local roast coffee bar for you and guests, and an excellent diner/bakery located on the first floor (Magpie Bakery), and more, a lot more affordable for professionals and small businesses than it would cost on their own. The atmosphere is modern, comfortable, clean, and conducive to productivity and focus. I highly recommend this place!

I recently worked from The Perch on a day pass, and it was a wonderful experience. Clean, bright, and spacious. Everyone had lots of room to work, and you could choose to work from a desk or a couch. There was also a nice kitchen area, a copier, and a couple of private rooms for phone calls. The internet was strong, the coffee was tasty, and the site manager was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
