Nothing but professional. My company has worked with Fully Loaded for well over 10 years, always great at communication and letting us know if there is an issue with a delivery. And also great with problem solving and giving recommendations on how to address issues that might arise with freight. Great on installs, and great with inventory. You get what you pay for with them, and its worth it! My company works with a lot of receivers and they are by far the BEST, we always feel safe when designers send items to Fully Loaded.

We are a Design Company and we have been using Fully Loaded Deliveries for awhile now. Everyone who works there is professional. They are quick to respond and will walk you through every step to make the process easy. They upload photos of the deliveries into the system and will notify you right away in the event anything is damaged with a description and photos of the damaged goods. The website is also very user friendly and their staff is always there to help if you have any questions. All in all, it has been a wonderful experience with great customer service.

We are an interior design firm and decided to try other receivers. We were looking for a company who could make our process more streamlined and who were professionals. We decided to try Fully Loaded Deliveries and we have not been disappointed with their service but also their team. They have a large team who can handle anything you send their way. Larion and Nathan who work in the warehouse have been top notch and a delight to work with. If anything arrives damaged we are quickly made aware and provided several photos and notes documenting everything. Being the project manager who manages several design projects, I need a company that makes things as efficient as possible. They have a portal I can sign onto and see everything that is in inventory for every project. I can also schedule will calls or deliveries through the portal. Communication has been impressive, they are timely to reply to everything. If you are looking for a receiving and/or delivery company that is professional then I highly recommend them.

We received top tier customer service from Fully Loaded Deliveries. Nick Berg was super knowledgeable about how to pack the truck and was so efficient. He had everything loaded and unloaded in under two hours! The moving truck was the nicest truck I’ve ever seen. I would definitely recommend!
