To summarize my experience with this company, zero accountability or capacity for providing any level of customer service. I placed an order with Ikea. A few days later, I was called to confirm delivery window. The delivery window came and went. When I attempted to reach out to TForce via email for information on my shipment, I was sent a canned response of "Please wait 24-48 hours". When attempting to call them directly, they have no record of my order or indication of a shipment, in spite of their system calling to confirm delivery. The sea of 1star reviews on this company is indicative enough of their incompetence and inability to perform the most basic functions of their responsibilities as shipping company.

Awful experience. IKEA using them as the shipping company of choice for in-home deliveries makes that option essentially useless. I called with them several times over four days, waited for them at home, and because of something so simple as a phone number change, which I reported before the first delivery attempt, the delivery failed three times. I could not get a contact number for the driver, nothing. It was the perfect catch XXII. The driver always called the old number. They were blaming IKEA, but I called with IKEA customer service literally 10 times over those four days, and IKEA did everything they could, including e-mailing this company my new number separately upon being asked. In the end, I had to cancel my IKEA order, and drove to the store with a friend in person to at least pick up a bed for my new apartment. If you want to order from IKEA in the US, it might be worth a call to see if they will use this shipping company. If so, I advise you to find a different way to get your stuff, or pray that you won't have to change anything or that nothing goes wrong before your order delivery. Because in my case, regardless of calling the call centre before the delivery attempt twice and making sure that the number they have on file is correct (two people in the call centre independently confirmed my correct number on file prior to alleged delivery attempt, and since the calls are allegedly monitored, it should be saved somewhere), the driver still apparently called the old number and never showed up. TForce, if you copy paste the same response you had to other negative reviews here, you are proving my point that there is no way to communicate with you in a reliable manner. Calling the customer service has been 100% useless, and I don't think it's a fault of the poor random call centre workers.

Order shipped from Ikea. We are a business open until 8pm. Driver showed at 4:57 but did not deliver. . Customer service could not find shipment so they were unable to assist. Item was never delivered. I had to cancel the order. I do not recommend.

HORRIBLE company! All of the negative reviews are right on. Shame on IKEA for using this company for delivery. After waiting days for my delivery, I found out they did not deliver because they couldn’t find my house.
I received no calls from them asking for help.
I did receive several texts indicating the truck was on the way.
A PROFESSIONAL delivery company would have a dispatcher plan the trucks route the night before. A terrible excuse!! They also said they went to my house and no one answered the door. My dog, the doorbell, and my Ring device would have confirmed this. Liars!!! Wasted 3 days of my valuable time waiting for them. Calling the Customer Service phone number is USELESS….

Worst customer service! Guy was a complete jerk on the phone- Employees need to learn proper phone customer service!!!!!! As you can tell from there reviews this place needs some serious help!

Update: Called and spoke to a manager- This place truly DOES NOT care! Ive never in my life have been treated that way for doing absolutely nothing. So bad my neighbor came over and heard the whole thing and stated i hate dealing with this company they act like they hate their jobs- First experience and it will be my last. I have called and told my distribution company and told them to no longer use them!

No one picks up the phone and their automated phone system is faulty. My order did show up on time but they didn’t do their research and sent the wrong type of truck. The driver was awesome, he waited for a pick up truck to arrive and helped offload my order. The driver gets all 4 stars! A company that doesn’t have people available to speak to, isn’t a reputable company in my opinion.

This freight company is hands down the worst of the worst. This consistently misroute shipments, damage shipments and their customer service is abhorrent. Express any frustration and they simply hang up. Will never use them again....not even if given complimentary shipping. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update: Love the bot reply to this review. Look up reviews on TForce anywhere, Google, Reddit etc.. they have had horrible reviews for years. They have done nothing to improve their service. Instead of leaving generic replies to all your negative reviews, why don’t you contact your KS Terminal and find out why you picked up our shipment in LA on 6/9 and it is still sitting in your warehouse for a week with no delivery scheduled.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH...... NEVER USE THEM EVER. The customer service is the utmost awful experience of anything I have ever seen. The employee's hangup on you or put you on hold for at one time 46 minutes and then no one was available. The set pick up time options I was given were from 8 am to 8 pm and they don't call you ahead of time and say they can't in 2024 to give you a warning if they are on the way or a closer time frame. This company Deserves to go out of Business as soon as possible. READ the Reviews! They are AWFUL!
