Once again a package hasn't been delivered and it's been sitting at the facility for over 18 hours. If this was a one time thing it might be different but it's not the first time or even the second. My wife's diabetic supplies were not delivered on more than one occasion. One time we even had to go to the facility and wait for them to find the package. Had two Hello Fresh packages get delivered the day after they were supposed to be delivered and the food had spoiled. It's a shame that we can't rely on delivery services anymore.

This center never delivers my packages to my house - they drop at neighbors house because it is convenient for driver. I have to go after dark and scavenge hunt for my boxes - this has been a problem for years and still not solved.

The "optimization" of this warehouse has purposefully caused a day of delay on receiving any orders. I called and spoke to someone and they said that their new "optimization" has them wait a day before they deliver a package. This is ridiculous. I also only got one of a three box delivery today and now I'll have to wait until Monday. They won't even let me come pick my order up today in person. Absolutely terrible. The only reason they got two stars is because their local drivers have been great.

If I could give a no star I would. Can't get a person on the phone to speak to you at all. I don't want to talk to a computer. I just want to know who got my package because the driver said I did but never seen him

Will be avoiding ups from now on. My package arrived at their facility Thursday and they didn’t deliver it for 4 more days. IT WAS FOOD PRODUCTS AND CLEARLY SAID THAT ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX!!

I wished I could give zero stars. Formal complaint- Winfield UPS. My wife was in our 2005 Chevy Tahoe and was hit by driver. My wife prepared a statement concerning the accident if provided a way to send attachments, have estimate to fix of $1,419. and picture. Supervisor came to our residence and asked my wife some questions. He asked if driver honked before he backed up and he didn't honk horn. They referred us to Liberty Mutual but they wrote it up as our word against theirs.

2 attempted deliveries, cars in front of home showing people home, stops, doesn't attempt to notify by honking horn and is gone "delivery attempted" all within 20 seconds leaving no time to even see they're here and go outside to accept delivery before driver is gone. No way to get ahold of a live person over the phone to ask anything different to take place on next rotation of a delivery. I never have issues out of USPS or FedEx, but UPS doesn't even attempt to deliver a package anymore.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! I NEVER RECEIVE ANY OF MY PACKAGES FROM THE WINFIELD UPS LOCATION!! I have a 6 month old and it is BEYOND FRUSTRATING that I NEVER get any of my packages on time or NOT AT ALLL!!! They'll mark it as delivered even though it WASN'T or they "LOSE" it. I didn't receive a few of my baby gifts off of my registry!! It's difficult enough having to get out of the house with a baby, but I always have to go and pick up my packages myself!!!! I PAY FOR PRIME!!! I shouldn't have to send my packages to my inlaws address to trust that they'll be delivered. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! SOMEONE IS ALWAYS HOME!! YOUR DRIVER IS TOO LAZY TO DRIVE ALLL THE WAY DOWN OUR ROAD!!! I will be contacting a lawyer! And reporting this location to BBB!
