We had to find storage unexpectedly while traveling, and Verde Ranch RV Storage is AMAZING! We were able to get signed up over the phone and with e-sign and email scans. The office provided our gate code and a map. When we arrived everything was better than expected! We feel so confident that our trailer will be safe and sound when we return. I would give 100 stars, we're so happy!

I rented a storage unit from Morgan at Verde Ranch Self Storage. She was professional, helpful and friendly. She even went with me to the air conditioned unit I rented so I wouldn't get lost! In all my years of renting storage units I've never had that happen. The reception area is clean, pleasant and welcoming. The inside storage units have a keypad entry with a personal code for each individual, are exceptionally clean and very well lit. I will definitely rent from Verde Ranch Self Storage again. Thank you Morgan for a very pleasant experience!

This is the second season we have used Verde Ranch RV Storage for our 5th wheel. We are repeat customers.
This is a 5 star storage facility. Angled parking, wide avenues and each site is generous. There are excellent “amenities” which include potable water, a wash bay for your RV, a dump station and air compressor for the RV tires.
They also have excellent “hospitality” experts who solve billing problems! Thank you for that!
We highly recommend Verde Ranch RV Storage.

I made a reservation online for a 30 ft RV space. A few hours later i asked if i could cancel my reservation since i found another location to store my RV. Jane said she would speak with the manager to see if that would be possible but i never heard back from them. A few days and phone calls later i got ahold of her and she told me the manager was suppose to contact me (he never did) and it was not possible to get a refund. Poor customer service, no follow up and they most certainly could have refunded my deposit. I never moved into the site! I guess they really need the money.

I left a positive review 10 months ago, however, this place is under new management and is very disorganized. We reserved a spot months ago, they lost the reservation then gave us another spot in October but when we arrived the spot was already taken. They found another spot for our rv but charged our card over $700 for the month of November. I have tried to get the issue resolved with a credit, but was told no refund would be given. We vacated in December and I'm disputing the charges on my card. It's a nice facility but would not recommend it.
