I am a professional mover who leases from U-Haul all the time. This U-Haul is absolutely the best in the country. Dave is always on the ball and has the equipment and paperwork ready when I need it. Every person here is salt of the earth, hard working, pros. Bill is a great hands-on owner. Don't go to another U-Haul if you can go here.

Great experience! We moved all the way from California to meet up at Temp Storage where our four U-Haul boxes were delivered. Temp Storage stored our items for approximately 3-4 weeks and then delivered our boxes to Clarkdale when we arrived at our new home with the moving vans.

The personnel was courteous and helpful in the coordination of our delivery. The price was reasonable to store our stuff while we waited for construction to be completed.

We are very pleased with Temp Storage and the U-Haul experience, as trucking from one state to another can be very costly. You wont be disappointed with their performance.

This storage location was a huge help. They helped me load my Subaru with a shifter that wouldn't budge. They knew how to get it operational. Then the three of us, pushed it on the trailer. I wouldn't have gotten out of there without them.

I had the worst experience, was told that my u-box would be shipped and at drop off location with in 11 days. It didn't show up for a month, so when it finally arrived I was charged a full month rent. The drop off site didn't have my u-box accessible for the date that was provided during the rental process. I drove 45 minutes to pick it up with my family, with no luck. I called the building manager with little help(he told me to call u-hall) so I did. U-hall said it wasn't there fault so they sent me back to the drop off location. After a couple of days of back and forth I finally got my stuff. But also ended up being charged for a lock I had already purchased. U-hall fix your communication problems, temp if u-hall is unreliable figure out a plan to help your customers instead of sending them on wild goose chances!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I set up a u-box rental in May through uhaul. I am supposed to pick up this box tomorrow to move, and uhaul promised me a month free when I booked it. I received a call today saying not only are they not going to offer this free month, but they also don’t even have a box for me to use. They have given me 24 hours notice to find an alternate way to move all of my stuff across the country and did not seem apologetic at all about it. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
