I needed to ship a rare guitar I picked up in Cottonwood back to my home in Michigan. Matt was extremely helpful in determining the best way to secure, pack and ship the guitar. The custom box and padding he built protected the guitar extremely well for the long trip. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. These clowns left a large FedEx package I was shipping on their loading dock for two days, I had to go in and remind them it was there to get it sent.

We are on a 6 month road trip and needed our license plates overnighted. Called and they explained the simple process and fee. They called me when the package arrived and held it a couple days until we were in town. Stopped in to pick them up, super friendly and then they surprised and delighted me with no charge. I will pass on the kindness!

Nationwide did a great job shipping a very delicate art piece. They were friendly and informative, and tolerated my nervousness about shipping my art piece. When I received it back home, I was impressed by the packing they used - very skillfully done. My piece arrived in perfect condition. They were realistic about shipping time frames, and with a very reasonable price.

I needed packaging to ship a very large window treatment to the valley, and they packed it flawlessly for a very reasonable price. There is no reason to ever use UPS for specialty packaging ever again.

So many headaches!

1. Art piece sent to completely wrong address. How do you confuse Grove Street with Gordon Avenue? They were notified of mistake and never got FedEx to redirect to correct address. Leaving me to redirect to a location for pickup and go get it.

2. Art piece arrived severely damaged due to insufficient packaging to prevent bouncing around in box.

3. Filed insurance claim through them. Was communicated I would receive full retail price paid plus $100 in shipping costs. Still leaving me out $76 in shipping costs. So not a full recovery.

4. After almost 2 months of the claim process, I am notified they are sending a refund check. I send communication to please ensure address is Grove Street (because of initial address issue). They instead send to Grove Road - once again leaving me to redirect to a location for pick up and go get it. ADDRESSES ARE IMPORTANT WHEN IN THE SHIPPING BUSINESS.

5. I receive a refund check that is short $133 of my total costs, not $76. When asking to understand why the amount was less I received a very unclear communication. Still couldn’t tell you why I was shorted.
