This is a piss poor company I have set mileage reimbursement forms in and they misplaced them I now have problems with the seven I sent in in December I'm told now that they don't have them but yet they were emailed and faxed in 3 different times. Will contact Utah Atty General if Satisfaction isn't accomplished

Insane wait times!!!! So the hubby and I had used this place for years through IEHP in SoCal. Started off ok then just lost it. Long waits on the phone, five days in advance rule, long waits for the ride or they pick you up so early you're not even ready and they only wait 5min before they just leave you. Or your ready but then you're hours early for an appointment. Then after one time waiting over THREE HOURS in 109F weather to get from one appointment to another I said forget it! We're diabetic and it was hot and no one wanted a 15min ride to take us to a second appointment! Hearing drivers even though Uber don't want short rides. So they leave us abandoned there?!?! So then we're at the mercy of them waiting even late at night to get home! Insane and downright cruel! Now we request a different company!

I used this company for 2 years before i realized i had other choices, i will never be happier to eliminate these people in my life.....Rude, non professional and always late......need to talk to dispatch, forget it......They left me stranded twice and dispatch never picked up the phone.......Going to file a grievance against them......Maybe they could learn how it is done......One quick call to Arise transportation and they have been perfect every time
