Love Bakston Freight! Such a great local trucking company in town! They provide amazing customer service and go the extra mile for their customers and their shipping needs! I have to say have 2 toilets delivered and left in my driveway was far less than expected. A simple request to locate the pallet a mere 15 feet inside the garage was denied. Never have I experienced a freight company that could not assist. As a matter of fact, another company delivered a tub on a pallet just inside the garage. Poor customer service and this needs explained to assure individuals are aware of this policy. Otherwise, the merchandise would have been out on the driveway until assistance could be obtained.

Update:

This company responded promptly and advised who actually did deliver the product, which a review was left. I hope that others can see past a poor experience and assure they provide the correct feedback to the proper company, which I wish I had. I am humble and deeply apologize, and your assistance to get to the bottom of the situation is beyond amazing. Keep up the great work.

Superior Customer Service!! These guys are great Jed and his team are very professional. There were on time and very helpful. They really got me out of a bind moving 18 pallets very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Bakston Freight.

I don't usually do this kind of review, but after the behavior of one of your drivers, I feel have no choice. One of your drivers flew by me on I-15 in the CONSTRUCTION ZONE in Arizona going 70 in the 40mph zone just before the bridge. This reckless and dangerous behavior is very unprofessional and not only reflects poorly on the company, but puts the general motoring public in danger.
