REPLY: THEY ARE LYING THEY DID NOT SEND ME SHIPPING BACK

I got scammed out of 190 dollars because i bought a pump from Extractorsolutions. When i got the pump from their website, what i recieved was an amazon package with a gift receipt. The item was not what i ordered. I ordered a new pump and what i got was a used pump, so I requested a return. After receiving the amazon return label from Aleks, I shipped it back out. After a month of not receiving the full return. I asked Aleks for it again. He then sent me a partial refund that day. Aleks believes he can charge me a restocking fee on an item I did not purchase. A used item that was supposed to be new. They didnt want to give me the shipping cost back either even though we discussed in emails from the beginning that they would. After another month of waiting for the shipping refund i asked Aleks again. Their reponse was that they just sent it. I checked my bank and they CHARGED me 75 and refunded me 75. They played with my bank account. Incredible scamming behavior from this company to make me pay a restocking fee and shipping on an AMAZON PRODUCT that was USED! I have bought many products from them and its sad that i wont anymore. I did not expect this

So I buy a lot of things for my lab, I bought a CRC, Not realizing I bought it from ES. Calling around looking for the column hangers. Called ES, "OH Yeah I've got those And since you ordered from us originally let me do ___ and ___ for your you"

Unlike other extractor companies who excel in angering their clients, Alex understood my situation made it right and did it faster than the other guys.

Who Would YOU shop from? I know where I'm going back to 1st from now on.

I Purchased the 5LB Active Closed Loop Extraction Kit – Complete Extraction Kit. If you are going to state " Complete KIT" At least tell your customers everything else they will need. For instance Spanner Wrench, 3/8 JIC adapter for TRS21, CGA 510 x 37° JIC Flared End And More. All I saying If your going to say "Complete Extraction Kit" Provide a list for everything. I have Called you Alex & Tina, Multi-Times and Left message and Emailed and they have not been returned that is poor customer service especially after spending 10k+ on a Item. Further more the gauge that broke you didn't even offer to replace it the one time you did answer. Piss poor customer service, (I dont know ya'll circumstance or if something happened but if something did you does not take more then a 2 min to send off a email stating get back with you when we can. I have been Hella patience from the delays on deliver and it not having everything the first go around.) For those looking a BHO extraction I cant recommend for their poor customer service, the product overall is good (very light rust spots showing the device has been sitting). I recommend honestly just learning What is needed and buying it your self will be cheaper overall.

I love this place honestly Alex is one of the most knowledgeable in this buisness he’s always answered every question I had , always had my orders ready on time , my equipment goes through it’s daily abuse and is strong haven’t had a problem with any equipment we’ve gotten 1lb closed loop , 5 pound and 20 lb unit and I will continue to go to these guys for further upgrades and expansions and especially with these guys selling butane and dry ice it really makes life easier when you can grab everything at the same spot
