Unloader damages cases because he doesn't care about taking it slow and controlling quality! Then lies and says product was damaged on truck!! 4 stops on truck and no damages reported by any of the others. Always this location in St Paul

Avoid anything to do with warehouses that use tw as lumpers they always make you wait very long hours to off load the to receive the products, it's a long process with them ...surprised that they still have clients, don't take loads going to us foods Livermore, unless you want 34hour restart...

The only major lumper service that can't figure out how to implement pay by app. As if drivers don't wait around enough. TW makes you walk from your truck to receiving office with your pymt info, wait for office to send that check info to Anaheim to process and then wait for Anaheim to communicate back to receiving office so they can finally give you a receipt. Something that could take 2 minutes with app requires 40-60min probably because TW doesn't want to incur app's minor transaction fee.

Had my driver deliver to Sysco in Walnut, CA. Appointment time 530 a.m. he sat there until 3 p.m., he attempted to speak to someone by the name of "Leo" lumper supervisor. The rudest guy ever. The receiving office staff were also very rude. I had to call "Leo" and ask them to release my driver or we would be dropping the trailer. After almost 2 hours of back and forth we discovered that the driver and freight had been finished with a few hours prior to but the girls in the office didn't care to process paperwork until after lunch. Cause they didn't feel like it. Bad customer service from TW Services and very poorly trainee supervisors as well. Never again. We will refuse any and all loads that deliver here.

Horrible crooks, will lie about load to be able to jack the price up for unloading at Safeway in Auburn, WA. I would not recommend any distribution center to use this company. Claimed my load had shifted when it wasn’t even possible because it was loaded and packed to tight.518.00 to pull off 27 pallets. I think I need to open a lumper service.

The way they take comcheck is very confusing. They keep saying to get express code. But, they do not tell us about their check number to register it. Please tell employees about giving out your check number to drivers. We
cannot void check easily. I talked about it twice. But, management does not understand it.

Most overcharging lazy ass people. Tried to call and complain to the corporate office and kept getting transferred. They don't care what drivers have to say. Think I will start a petition to submit to the Federal Government to outlaw Lumped services. As soon as I do I will update this review with the link.
