Unfortunately I did not get to meet the actual owners because the receptionist is so unprofessional that it discouraged me to give them my business. After I send her an email as instructed by the other person on the phone (I’m sure it is the same person on the email because she did not have good customer service as-well), she responds with “the extension was supposed to be file yesterday”. How about “Hi, the extension was supported to be file yesterday but we can blah blah blah” simple, polite answer. Anyways, I hope the owners get to read this and do something to keep their business growing because the person who is representing them now pushed two potential new customers to another CPA.

My mom used to work here until she passed away Karen Sayers She loved Cynthia and Cynthia and I worked here in the summers, putting together taxes. Everyone was great It’s very family oriented. Yaron is a miracle worker. I basically file to have no taxes come out of my paychecks and somehow they find a way to so i have a refund. I’ve known Yaron as we went to the same school. He’s an honest, really good person who is super knowledgeable in taxes, obviously growing up forever in the tax industry He is top-notch especially from Both Of his parents being accountants and growing up in that environment. Currently, I’ve been working with Tabitha and she’s great. She pretty much gets me exactly what Yaron gets me
So either one, you’re in excellent hands you Couldn’t find a better place to To have your taxes or bookkeeping done Honest knowledgeable and if you’re looking for miracle work this is your place. 🙂
