Received a furniture delivery. Daylight Transport was top notch.
They called to schedule date and delivery time window. Driver Carlos called the day of the delivery to give us an approximate time. Carlos arrived in time, was pleasant and professional and did an excellent job unloading and delivering our shipment.

Very disappointed in this shipper! I was told the delivery would take 2 to 5 days. Seven days later I'm still waiting! It was picked up on 3/24/22 in Houston, TX and now on 3/31/22 I'm being told it will be here tomorrow.
4 days ago it arrived 25 miles from my house and its still sitting there! Called to find out the status on its arrival and it was a total mix up between deliveries! Go figure! Sounds like left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

I used this company two times for my deliveries but i won't be using anymore. Here is what happened : I did use them for a delivery to NY through my worldwide express account which was fine. Last week I used them second time to deliver something to Tennessee to my client. I paid more to use them because they said they can deliver it in 3 days which they did. Shipment arrived at Nashville last Friday but customer didn't get a call to set up an appointment on Monday so she called me to see what's going on and I told her to call them on Tuesday. They told her that it was transferred to some other company and they can't deliver it till next Wednesday so shipment will sit in warehouse around 10 days!!!! My customer can't wait for it and she said I want to pick it up from their service center, please set it up for me. I called worldwide express customer service to set this up but they called me to approve charges for $55 because my customer wants to pick up at warehouse !!!!!! I was like WHAT!!!!! Is it a joke We will do their job to avoid being late on project and they want extra $55 for this. It's really shady business tactic. How you guys don't feel shame to ask more money for this ? What kind of business policy is this ? It's my last time I'm using your company and will tell all my fiends to never use it again. !!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

I had been using this company for over a year and had built a good partnership with them. They provided great service for the cost. Everything had been going well until they damaged one of shipments. I thought no problem I will just file a claim all my experiences with the company had been good up until this point why would this be any different. They offered me 1/3 my cost on the item and made me pay the shipping cost. They would not budge eve though we have never had a problem previously. I would recommend using a company that actually believes in customer service.

Twice now they have not delivered on delivery date. Then delivery is marked delivered and is not. No one calls to let us know anything. Called customer service and CS rep was nice but when he called the hub in JAX they could not tell him why it was marked delivered and now was on and "Appointment truck" says it will be delivered tomorrow, yet never made an appointment with us. They do not reach out to you. They do not keep delivery dates. I really have an issue with the lack of customer service. NO updates, NO calls. Nothing! You have to track them down. Let us see if they deliver tomorrow.

Terrible experience with Daylight. Refused to allow us to inspect shipment. Driver was argumentative and refused to drop merchandise to correct location outside of our house. He actually left the heavy pallets at another address. Unprofessional and very disappointing. Called dispatch as well to try and speak with supervisor and of course never was put through. Avoid Daylight if you can.

Terrible service! They sub contracted another company to handle our freight pickup who doesn't even travel to the delivery location. The driver supposedly does not carry a cell phone, and lied about a lift gate. Dispatch kept me on hold for 30+ mins and got nothing sorted. I had to call their 3rd party company to get my transport taken care of. I can safely say I will not ever use this company again.
