Wack as place! The lady “if that’s what you wanna call her” was unbelievable rude. We had a truck get stolen and it was missing for a little over a year..CHP recently found it “stripped to just a bare cab” they had it towed by High Desert ..we showed up at the office with the pink slip to hand them because we wanted to see if the truck still had the specialty plate to it because it was my dads before he passed and we thought them having the proper paperwork would make it easy on them to junk the truck..well…when when the lady “if that’s what you wanna call her” found out that we weren’t going to pay the impound fees for our stolen truck that’s basically just scrap at this point she lost it and at the flip of the switch became very rude with the tone of her voice and started talking down to me with a very degrading tone telling me that if I wasn’t paying the fees the pink slip is useless to them…but I always thought you needed a tittle to junk a vehicle…so we left with the tittle and now they can jump through the hoops trying to dispose of the truck…very unprofessional place sucks you gotta give a star to leave a review..I take my star back.

All of these guys and company are Amazing! Even during not so smart reasons(Oops! Locked out of truck once it got it fixed).
