The loaders are good. Sadly that is the only positive about this place. Once you have a door they load quickly but for whatever reason they want you to have an appointment then forget about you. Also tiny area to park in only fits about 7 trucks that is if everyone parked friendly otherwise it is street parking and good luck with that. The bathroom is a couple port a johns in the truck area and nothing for food or drink nearby. Plan to be here a while since shipping is as likely to forget about you as send you to a malfunctioning dock

Wait for 6 hrs not loading yet, the said traying to do professional with everyone isn’t so so lazys

-10 for this junkyard place 11 hr wait for loading I call before they told your product ready by 4-5 pm so we set 5 pm appointment I’m there 3:30 pm and than told me we will call you soon and call me 2:21 am wow

Had a 2 pm appointment. Checked in at 1:15 pm. Was told load will be ready at 2:30…5 pm and now saying load will be ready at 6pm! Called at 6 & now told to go across the street to pick up load…we’re only getting 2 pallets! Why schedule an appointment at all?! Now I have a domino effect with all my other pick ups and delivery and will be a day behind! Just be honest and tell me the load ain’t ready so I can make arrangements!

In my recent experience with this shipping service, I've encountered significant delays in loading, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members who was rather rude. The prolonged wait times and the lack of courteous service have been disappointing. I hope the company can address these issues for better customer satisfaction.

Terrible always a 2+ hour wait to be loaded. The worst packing house to pick up of all the Porterville Citrus chain. 5 bucks to move pallets and no recite given.
