(((Excellent Drivers))). Long/Short Way. Polite, Friendly, Courteous, Fair Priced. Blue Star Taxi has Cars that are Clean, Roomy, and Safe. The Driver Always Offers to help with my Bags, (One Of 'Few' Luggage Friendly Cabs), and even worked with me once when I was a little short on cash; he gave me a Deal. A Godsend if it's Too hot in the day, or too late for walking. Two Enthusiastic Thumbs up! Call Now. 🙏💯🌟

Horrible Service.The Guy answering the phone doesn’t know even how to answer a call, will take all you info and will tell you to wait 20min for the cab to arrive and latter text you saying it won’t. When you try to call again he won’t answer and text you that: if you want a cab to wait 1hour maybe he can do his job and find a taxi driver for you. But not befor 8am even if it says 24hr service. Horrible! No wonder apps can replace humans so easily. Errase the google listing if you ain’t working it!

We had to wait 30 minutes and it was 60.00 when uber drove us back for 18.00 and had a ride in 8 minutes. The next day we called for another ride and they said it could be 2 hours to get a ride. Again got uber in 12 minutes. The driver we did get the one out of 3 times was very polite though

Can't depend on this company!!! Called 3 times to make sure they were clear on picking up my brother for our mother's funeral and they never showed to pick him up. We had to go out of our way and the funeral started late because of their terrible service. Shame on them to leave him hanging at a time like this! They don't deserve 1 star.

Absolutely will never, EVER call this company again. I desperately needed a cab to pick me up at my hotel and bring me to work and they never showed up, even after I called them back three times. Terrible service, Wish I could give them no stars.

Like most businesses, customer service was lacking. I gave him info for pick up and he seemed to pay attention to where I was going more than anything. Was told 30 minutes and after 45 minutes called him back and once again asked about where I was going and then decided to go ahead and send a text. Not sure why one was not dispatched the first time but anyway not a good impression at all.
