Worst experience with a Brokerage firm ever. I work in Logistics and do lots of cross border shipping. The Broker did not include the appropriate USMCA document with our parcel, which resulted in unnecessary Duties / Taxes being owed and a lengthy delay at the border. When I brought this error to their attention, they did not acknowledge their mistake and were only interested in "when we were going to pay the invoice" that resulted from their error. LOL Definitely do not recommend.

From a truckers perspective, it takes way too long to unload or load pallets. Do they only have office staff working? Hire more people to unload and you won't have this issue or prioritize smaller shipments that take less time.Takes anywhere between 1-2 hours no matter if you have one small pallet or 10 pallets. After waiting 2 hours it took the gentleman 2 minutes to unload my one pallet. How is this good logistics?

Update 8-4-21: nothing has changed. Still the biggest nightmare to deal with out of every delivery I've ever made.

Rudy and Mario really make this place enjoyable to truck drivers.
I was waiting to get unloaded and felt I was getting skipped because I had a flatbed instead of a van and saw Rudy actively running the docks and so expressed to him my situation. Rudy right away got Mario to unload me. Great to have employees with great helpful attitudes when working. Made my day. 👍

If you have a delivery here. Please do the following;

Don't go into the parking lot and back up in the parking area

Wait in the line of trucks on the street even if it's going around the block

Start your detention time on the tracking application

Then back up in a dock between 1 and 14

Once backed up, please lock your truck and chock your wheels.

Remember your dock number or write it on your paperwork

Go to the man door on the far side of the building right by the truck exit

Go to the first window
Hand in your paperwork
Fill in your info on the tablet
You will be given a paper number

Sit on the bench and wait for your number to be called

Two Porta potties available but they are out of toilet paper

I've been coming here for a year straight, you come-in, You backed into a door 🚪 then go to your favorite restaurant. And restaurants are at a good walking distance, you go and get good meal, and by time ⏲️ your coming back their just about finishing your load, personnel is always friendly, great experience always

Not a Truck friendly place. Apart from taking 2 plus hrs to load,(when asked how long it would take further and the loaders attitude was,,,just take the truck away ),, I wouldn't call it friendly ,,,Moreover they have a unique requirement, i.e , we the truckers are supposed to come in, struggle to get a dock and then we are supposed to go inside and let the shiper know about it and then the loading starts.,,,,How laim and lazy approach towards work, pathetic system, this they call first come first serve basis (REALLY) . The entire system of this place is Lathergic. Because of this system many fellow trucker quarrel and get upset. Ohh,,,,the main part the entrance to this place is so wrong that new drivers struggle to even get into the dock. Good luck getting into docks from #3-#6. NeverEver coming back here. Goodbye.
