I have been a customer at Rockvill RV & Self Storage in Santee since they opened, utilizing a storage unit for the past five years. As an active duty military member, I recently had to close out my unit due to a transfer. After paying for the unit for five years, I requested a prorated refund for the last month, as I had already paid. Unfortunately, the manager refused to accommodate this request.

To make matters worse, the manager was callous and rude when I asked to speak with him about it. Such behavior is completely out of character for someone in a customer service role. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of flexibility and loyalty after being a long-term customer. I believe Rockvill RV & Self Storage needs to revisit and update their policies to better support their customers, especially those in the military.

Fast and friendly service! Lobby is awesome, storage facilities and clean and easily accessible. Customer service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend for your storage needs.

Worked with Jesus and he was very helpful. I like how this location does the first 3 months half off and then if you’re military after that they give you a military discount. Easy to work with and they are available from 0800-1700 but the gate is open 0500-2100.

I had a great inital experience when renting my storage unit at the Santee location. Raymond was more then accommodating to my needs, took me on a tour to view the different units and signed me up providing one of the best customer services I have received. So far I am very please and highly recommend this place when storing. Oh FYI they have RV parking and also offer self car wash service which is a bonus.

Top-Notch Storage Facility with Exceptional Service!

I recently secured a new storage unit at Rockvill Storage, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stumbled upon this gem in Santee, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff members were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to assist me in securing a space in their upcoming new building.
I was fortunate to be one of the first renters in their new building, a spacious and climate-controlled unit that perfectly met my needs. The staff kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that I was promptly notified when the unit became available. The efficiency and dedication of the team made the entire rental process seamless and enjoyable.
I cannot recommend Rockvill Storage enough - their location, staff, and facilities are truly impeccable. Nice facility located right off the highway. Very clean and quiet. Managed to move the remains of one storage unit into another (both rented by same person) to consolidate his items. A truly masterful event only rivaled by the Cirque du Soleil or the feng shui organizers of reality tv fame (see photo of unit packed to ceiling lol).

I went here to pick up a Uhal trailer I rented. The trailer was The same size as the truck 12x6 and had no gas or mileage to worry about just towing. The staff was friendly and professional. Quickly checked me in and hooked up my trailer to my truck and off we went. We kept the trailer an extra day, with no problems. They charged my card the correct amount and emailed my receipt. I will definitely use them again if I need a Uhal.

I had a billing question because I was charged $176 and I was trying to find out if that would be refunded or included in the payment and they couldn’t tell me. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged that amount in addition to the cost of the U-Haul. As a consumer I am tired of the “I don’t know you need to call the third party / 1800 number to find out”. Joseph Smith who helped me didn’t have much patience for my questions and I didn’t have much patience for him just wanting to sit by the computer desk all day and not answer basic questions, such as, “what happens to the deposit, is it refunded or credited toward the payment”.
